Ripe, red, golden, round and more!
It’s mango season, so we have to make a mango smoothie. 😛
You will need:
- Mangoes (like duh!)
- 1 glass of milk (Regular/soy/almond)
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp ground mixture (chia, hemp hearts, almonds, etc)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Ice (optional)
- Juicer machine
Cut the mango and banana into small pieces and put them in your juicer. Half a mango and banana will give you 1 glass. Add more or less according to how many glasses you want to make. Next, add 1 tsp of flax seeds and 1 tsp of the ground mixture. The ground mixture can be of chia seeds, hemp hearts, almonds, cacoa nibs, vanilla bean, etc. It can be any nuts/seeds you want. Add some protein powder (optional) and lastly, add in the milk. I used soy milk here, you could use any kind of milk you want. I haven’t added ice but you can add some if you want to make it cool and slush like.
Easy and healthy in a glass!
