Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ripe, red, golden, round and more!

It’s mango season, so we have to make a mango smoothie. 😛

You will need:

  • Mangoes (like duh!)
  • Banana
  • 1 glass of milk (Regular/soy/almond)
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp ground mixture (chia, hemp hearts, almonds, etc)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Ice (optional)
  • Juicer machine

Cut the mango and banana into small pieces and put them in your juicer. Half a mango and banana will give you 1 glass. Add more or less according to how many glasses you want to make. Next, add 1 tsp of flax seeds and 1 tsp of the ground mixture. The ground mixture can be of chia seeds, hemp hearts, almonds, cacoa nibs, vanilla bean, etc. It can be any nuts/seeds you want. Add some protein powder (optional) and lastly, add in the milk. I used soy milk here, you could use any kind of milk you want. I haven’t added ice but you can add some if you want to make it cool and slush like.

Now shoot that in the juicer and you are done!

If you want more of the mango flavour, add more mangoe pieces.

Easy and healthy in a glass!
