Goa | Summertime

Made a short weekend trip to Goa in the month of May. It’s been long long long overdue for uploading these photos. *monkey hiding eyes emoticon* hehe. Oh well, here it is! 🙂

Had fun filming with my GoPro, which was rented from EazyLeazy.

Diversity in Mumbai City

Went to a place called Dhobi Ghat in Mumbai. The meaning of ‘Dhobi’  means washerman, while ‘Ghat’ in Hindi means a place where one can sit and wash clothes. ‘Dhobi Ghat’ simply means a place where a washerman can wash clothes.
Here are some of the photos I clicked. 🙂

Also, one of my favourite film is called ‘Dhobi Ghat’ by Kiran Rao. Staring Amir Khan, Monica Dogra, Kriti Malhotra and Prateik Babbar. It revolves around 4 characters and their lives. If you like arty kinda films, then this ones a must watch. 🙂

Khao Gulli | Ramadan 2015

As it is Ramadan, Mohammed Ali Road is filled with kababs and sweet shops. This whole lane is known as ‘Khao Gulli’ which means eat street. People from all over mumbai come here just for the variety of food. I went there twice while it was on. Check out the video I made here.
And here are some photos I clicked.

Study Tour to Canada

Hey guys!
(warning! It’s going to be a long post)
It’s been about 10 months since I went on my Study Tour to Canada and I thought I’d share some pictures with you.
Some of them are mine and some of them are clicked by Shreyas, a college mate of mine. As I didn’t take my DSLR with me, I didn’t click a lot of pictures. I did click a few from my digital camera and iPhone. Planned to vlog my trip but it didn’t end up happening. So with what I captured, I made a little video.

The trip started by leaving from Mumbai to Calgary. Calgary is one of the big towns of Alberta, Canada. It’s more of an industrial/financial city. We spent 2 days there. While we were there, we visited Banff, which is a small town inside the National Park. It’s known for the winter sports and the hot spring. We did not see a lot of places in Calgary but it was definitely a very pretty place. After that we left for Edmonton, which is the capital of Alberta province. Over there we first visited MacEwan university. Took a tour around the university, attended some classes and visited some companies. We also went to West Edmonton Mall, which is North Americas biggest mall. One of my favourite part of the trip, obviously! Hehe 😛

That was our whole trip. We took a flight back from Edmonton to Mumbai with a stop in between in London. It was really a very nice trip. I miss Canada even today. Hope to go back there sometime soon. 🙂

Missing Kashmir

Exactly a year back I went to Kashmir for my industrial visit trip from college. A trip to one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to.
Want to go back there someday. 🙂
